Most of our clients are businesses, but many of the same online requirements sought by companies are also vital for organizations, such as reaching people with common interests and providing useful information. Seattle’s Neighborhood Safety Alliance is a group of concerned citizens from across Seattle’s diverse neighborhoods and the website aims to share information of common interest. We provided a blogging platform, curation, contact points and a calendar. And as with all of our clients, we trained people at the NSA on how to use their website and how to get the most out of it by connecting to social media and optimizing content for search. The reality is that building client websites is just the first step in helping them reach their goals. AIM sticks around to keep things running smoothly and to be a resource for educating clients as their needs change…or when they forget how to add a Google map to an upcoming event.
