Back in 2012, Nigel had a vision of providing an online risk test that would help employers understand where they might be in violation of state independent contractor regulations. With Nigel’s guidance, AIM designed and built a complex, multipart online test called the 1099 Review. Prospective clients can register to take the test and see an assessment of their current risk in the area of independent contractors, and Mercer Law gets to share their expertise with potential clients.
